Charlotte Link: Die Suche (2021) follows the gripping tale that begins on a damp autumn day when Hannah Caswell, a young girl, vanishes from a train station in Scarborough. Inspector Caleb Hale is unable to locate her. Two years later, the body of another teenage girl is found on a moor, and another girl, Amelie Goldsby, goes missing. Amelie's parents seek the assistance of Scotland Yard officer Kate Linville, who initially hesitates but becomes deeply involved as the case unfolds with unexpected twists. Amelie briefly reappears but vanishes again, intensifying the pressure on Caleb. Kate, undercover as a journalist, uncovers a link to another abduction and puts her life on the line to rescue Mandy, a victim held captive in an isolated area.
