Veneza (2019) follows the journey of Gringa, a resilient woman who runs a brothel in the heart of Brazil. Despite her blindness and declining health, Gringa harbors a deep-seated desire to reunite with the one man she truly loved. Her ultimate wish is to travel to Venice, Italy, to seek forgiveness from the lover she left behind many years ago. To make this dream a reality, Gringa's loyal friends, including Tonho, Rita, and the other women who work with her, devise an ambitious plan with the assistance of a circus troupe. Together, they embark on a heartfelt and adventurous journey to fulfill Gringa's final wish.
