Zambrano is a juvenile delinquent who only wants to join the legendary prison American football team known as Los Perros de Santa Martha. This ambition ends up involving him with organized crime, under the auspices of the authorities, as Los Perros are also the 4th Company, a squad of inmates who rule the vices and privileges in the jail to benefit the administrators; he ravages the city robbing cars and banks to the great profit of the men in power during the Lopez Portillo administration.
