The Invisible Man (TV Series) (2000) follows the journey of Darian Fawkes, a small-time crook and trickster who is rescued from prison by his sibling. In exchange for his freedom, Darian agrees to participate in an experimental procedure that involves the implantation of a "quicksilver" gland in his brain, granting him the ability to become invisible. Tragedy strikes when his brother is murdered, leading Darian to join a covert government agency, camouflaged as the Department of Fish & Game. In return for his service, he receives a counter-agent that prevents the gland from causing him to lose his sanity.
