Joel has lived in an apartment, on the top floor of a high-rise block for years, when he realises that something strange is happening to the building. At first he cannot put his finger on it until he realises that the building seems to be leaning. Should he tell the neighbors? You shouldn't bother people with petty. This sentiment is what kills him, and the rest of the inhabitants of the building as something supernatural starts to occur.
