The Shipment (2001) follows the tale of a Mexican smuggler who sells a consignment of Viagra to a New York crime lord. The shipment vanishes without a trace in a secluded Arizona village. The gangster dispatches his associate and a deputy to recover the distinctive cargo. However, they encounter an unyielding sheriff and a diverse group of locals who take offense at the mere suggestion that they require the missing medication.
