A Mexican smuggler sold to a New York gangster a shipment of Viagra, which mysteriously disappears in a remote village of Arizona. This gangster sends his partner and a deputy to retrieve the unique merchandise, but it needs to deal with an incorruptible sheriff and a motley group of people, who consider an insult that anyone could suggest they need to take the lost medicine.
