TV Series (2003-2004). 173 episodes. Adrian and Iris find a great love in each other. Everything seems so perfect with this young couple, until a tragic event happens. Iris dies. Adelle, Iris' mother, decides to donate her daughter's heart to a patient, Althea, a young lady who is suffering a fatal heart attack and will undergo heart transplant. Iris' death causes Adrian to suffer, as he can't let go all the memories of his beloved girlfriend. He also vows not to fall in love again. Until fate leads him to meet Althea. Both Adrian and Althea are fascinated for what they have feel whenever each one of them is around; their hearts oddly beat faster and a warm feeling radiates between them every time their eyes meet.
