A young lady finds a mysterious amulet and is possessed by the evil Nefratis. She was clearly destined to become this evil woman, as she handily had her clothes in a milk crate in her kitchen. When a struggling director assembles a crew in the same scuzzy apartment to shoot a low budget porn, Nefratis is awakened and her seemingly unstoppable reign of terror begins.
