Impostora (TV Series) (2017) follows the story of Nimfa, a humble street vendor with a humble appearance, who crosses paths with Jeremy, a skilled plastic surgeon, after a car accident. To make amends, Jeremy offers Nimfa a chance to transform her life through facial reconstruction surgery. Eager for a fresh start, Nimfa agrees to the procedure. However, she later learns that her new face belongs to Rosette, a wealthy and married woman who is also Jeremy's lover. Rosette, seeking to escape her life with her husband Homer and their children, sees an opportunity in Nimfa's transformation. Compelled by her circumstances, Nimfa assumes Rosette's identity, allowing Rosette and Jeremy to continue their affair.
