Boystown (2007) follows the chilling tale of Victor, a real estate agent operating in the vibrant Chueca district of Madrid. Concealing a sinister truth, Victor eliminates elderly female homeowners to acquire and renovate their properties, targeting affluent gay couples as potential buyers. His grand vision is to reshape Chueca into a bustling hub akin to London's Soho. Victor's latest scheme involves a murder that draws the attention of Ray and Leo, a gay couple living next door to the victim's apartment. Ray, who inherited the apartment, gifts it to his intrusive mother, Antonia, who constantly interferes in his relationship with Leo. Meanwhile, Inspector Mila, a quirky detective with numerous phobias, and her son Luis, are on the case. Victor, in a calculated move, sets his sights on seducing Leo to gain entry to their apartment and eliminate Antonia.
