Welkom (2015) follows Anibal, who extends a warm welcome to a visiting international actress as she arrives to participate in a travel show for Dutch Television. As they embark on their journey, the emotional struggles that each of them has been silently grappling with begin to surface. Additionally, a long-standing obligation to the local criminal underworld looms over them, casting a dark shadow that threatens to derail their adventure and lead to a catastrophic outcome.
