Oriko Seki, "Okko", is a 12 year old girl who loses her parents in a traffic accident, so she moves in with her grandmother, the owner of the hot spring inn "Haru no Ya". Training to become the future owner, Oriko lives next to the ghost Uri-bō, who lives in the inn, and his friends.
