Study that asks for the meaning of being at home and of belonging. The producer uses photos, maps and Google Earth to connect places, not just belonging to her past, but also to the complex migratory history of her family, which dates back to Hitler’s Germany and Mao Zedong’s China. Real and virtual are equally confused: no matter how close one gets, one is never completely at home.
