Two single suburban parents attempt to solve their own lingering problems while simultaneously protecting the children who barely seem to acknowledge their existence in this small-scale family drama from award winning The Soup, One Morning duo Hirosue Hiromasa and Takahashi Izumi. Matsuda Taeko is a fifty-something mother who is constantly snubbed by her grown son Tomohiko. Despite the fact that Matsuma lovingly prepares her son's meals and often leaves encouraging notes for him around the house, the troubled Tomohiko rarely has a kind word to say to her.
