Alfred Hitchcock Presents: The Canary Sedan (TV)
1958 · Movie · 25 min. · United States
Laura Bowlby is a psychic who is traveling to Hong Kong to reunite with her businessman husband. Upon her arrival, arrangements are made to purchase for her a black sedan. Mrs. Bowlby says she would prefer a different color, perhaps yellow. The car dealer is taken aback, as he reveals that the car was once canary yellow before a recent paint job. While being driven by her chauffeur, Laura begins to hear a woman's voice. The voice tells Laura about a passionate affair. Laura longs for such passion in her life because her husband James is quite unromantic and cold.
