Asier ETA biok (Asier y yo)

The story about the friendship between actor-director Aitor Merino and his friend Asier, who became a terrorist and had joined ETA. The director says about his documentary: "One day, Asier, my best friend since we were kids, simply disappeared. He had joined ETA. How could I explain what had pushed him to take a decision even I could hardly come to terms with? I grew up with Asier in the streets of the Basque Country. Then I moved to Madrid. In 2002, Asier joined ETA. How could I make my friends in Madrid understand what had pushed him to take a decision even I could hardly come to terms with? When Asier got out of prison, I grabbed a camera with the intention of making a film about him to try and answer that very question and, in the doing, why not, to bridge the gap between our two ways of thinking. But things didn't go quite as simply as planned".
