DC Showcase: Jonah Hex is an animated short film released as a bonus with Batman: Under the Red Hood. The short was written by noted Western comics writer Joe R. Lansdale. An expanded version of the short will be collected in a compilation titled DC Showcase Original Shorts Collection to be released on November 9, 2010. PLOT: When a ruthless brothel madame murders Jonah Hex's current quarry, the disfigured bounty hunter plans to make her pay.
