An actor in an empty New York City theater recreates the last hours of President Allende's life on September 11, 1973. There, all alone and aware of this being his last battle, his memory brings to life key moments of his life, family, childhood, love-life and the son he wished for and never had... as the presidential palace is bombed repeatedly, he faces his final destiny.
