Gêmeas (Twins)

The story is set in the early 80s in a middle-class neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro: identical twin sisters Iara and Marilena (Fernanda Torres) live playing tricks on men, pretending to pass for each other, to the dismay of his father, Jorge. Marilena is a biologist. Iara, like her mother, is a seamstress. One day Marilena meets Osmar, owner of a driving school, with whom she falls in love at first sight. The same, however, does Iara, who decides to seduce her sister's boyfriend without them knowing.
