You wake up in a mental institution, diminished by the beatings and drugs of the doctors who seem to enjoy while they make you suffer, locked up and tied together with a picturesque collection of insane people, among the filth. The memories of a life of happiness seem distant and weak, gradually fading from your consciousness. The police claim that you are guilty of a terrible crime, and the only way to discover the truth is by escaping from that madhouse. But you are not alone on that journey, although perhaps you would not like to find out who is with you.
