Ingenious and logistically extraordinary experimental work from Hieronim Neumann, fracturing the image into four quarters and then scattering and recombining the fragments over the course of the film. Reminiscent of Zbig Rybczynski's 1975 film Nowa ksiazka (New Book), it's worth noting that Neumann was Zbig's assistant director at one point.
