HAVOC is a searing vision of teen culture as it clashes with the real world of urban Latino gangsters. HAVOC is directed by two-time Academy Award documentary winner Barbara Kopple, from a script by Academy Award-winning screenwriter (Traffic) Stephen Gaghan. Anne Hathaway and Bijou Phillips lead a strong young ensemble cast that includes Freddy Rodriguez, Mike Vogel, Joseph Gordon Levitt, and Shiri Appleby.
