Emerald City

John Hargreaves stars as a prosperous screenwriter willing to accept the big money for mainstream films, but who fails in his attempt to produce a film of meaning and value. When Colin accepts work as a writer on a TV show, he soon enters an affair with Helen (Nicole Kidman), the girlfriend of another writer (Chris Haywood), capping his downward spiral in the Emerald City.
