Centerfold Babylon (TV)

"Centerfold Babylon" is a 90-minute documentary chronicling the history of centerfold models and the place they occupy in American culture. The VH1 program explores the many layers of a centerfold's life -- their motivations, careers and post-centerfold success. The special features primarily Playboy Playmates and Penthouse Pets, highlighting a plethora of centerfold models -- everyone from Marilyn Monroe and Bettie Page to Terry Weigel and Pamela Anderson. Throughout the program, Monica, a stripper from Amarillo, Texas is chronicled as she follows her own centerfold dreams. Interviews featured include: former Playboy Playmates Shannon Tweed, Angela Mellini, Dede Linde, Teri Weigel, Rebecca Ferrati, Terri Welles, Victoria Zdrok, Linn Thomas, Bebe Buell, and Penthouse Pets Julie Strain, Aria Giovanni, Sunny Leone and Tera Patrick.
