My Name is Loh Kiwan

Loh Ki-wan is a North Korean defector who flees to Belgium for the sake of his mother, Ok-hee. To stay in the country he needs to be granted refugee status. In this situation he meets Mari, a South Korean girl with Belgian nationality who was a sniper. While Loh Ki-wan struggles for a better life, Mari has no reason to go on living.
