This is not a “good” film in the sense that it has a compelling plot, characters, dialogue, music, or cinematography. It doesn't. But there are a couple of interesting features. For one, the film shows a North Korean narrative of the Korean War that, while utterly predictable, is rarely actually seen in the West. Secondly, the American defector James Joseph Dresnok (the subject of the documentary Crossing the Line) plays an American general.
