Jo Tae-Oh was born into a wealthy family and has got to fill the shoes of his father by becoming a top-manager. But Tae-Oh is bored with his life and has far more dangerous ambitions. So he is founding a crime syndicate which expands fast. But even so, Detective Seo Do-cheol starts to get attention on Tae-Ohs organization and becomes desperate to catch him.
