Cold Feet (1983) follows Tom Christo (Griffin Dunne), a New York-based TV writer and director, who finds himself in a stagnant marriage with Leslie (Blanche Baker). His life takes an unexpected turn when he encounters Marty Fenton (Marissa Chibas), a captivating research scientist, at a party hosted by Tom and his wife. Despite an immediate spark between Tom and Marty, their journey to becoming a couple is fraught with challenges. Both are already involved with other partners, and their path to romance is hindered by separations and a string of disastrous blind dates.
