A Boat in the Garden

1st July 1895. Captain Joshua Slocum leaves the port of Boston onboard "Spray", for the first-ever single-handed round-the-world sailing trip. 1st July 1950, Pierre begins building a replica of "Spray" in his garden at his suburban home on the banks of the Marne. Geneviève and his 11-year-old son François are recruited for the project in hand.
