Blueprint of Murder

An automobile tester for Komatsu Motors has a fatal accident. His brother, a whale-hunting cannon manufacturing supervisor, investigates the suspicious circumstances of the death with the help of an old school friend, now a reporter. They stumble across murder, espionage and cover-ups.
