Delivered (TV)

Volker is a parcel deliverer, the single father of his 16-year-old son Benny, and football coach for a youth team. He is clearly one of the socially-underprivileged, but that never spoils his good mood. The long workdays, the miserable pay, and his son's puberty increasingly push Volker to his limits: Benny sets other priorities, his school-leaving certificate is in jeopardy, Volker threatens to lose his driver's license, and the money is often not enough for social participation--sometimes hardly for the bare minimum. When Benny considers returning to his alcoholic mother, Volker gives up something that those around him but especially he himself, could always rely on: his integrity.
