In Treasure Town, where the moon smiles and young boys can fly, life can be both wonderful and terrible... Kuro and Shiro, two orphans that get by the best they can, scan the city like hawks and are continuously getting into trouble. Their kingdom in the heights reaches its end when a group of gangsters shows up.
