The Aerialist (2020) follows Jane “The Hawk” Hawkins, a former Olympic gymnast turned aerialist, as she prepares for the demanding rehearsals of a rock tour. Jane, now in her late career, arrives in Los Angeles to start preparations for the final tour of aging pop diva Aurora. Alongside a seasoned dance troupe, Jane has just two weeks to perfect the Farewell Tour before hitting the road. However, tensions escalate when Xavier, an ambitious young choreographer, is hired to direct the show. Xavier's disruptive presence causes several veteran dancers to leave, forcing Jane to compete with younger dancers and push her body to its limits. As she risks her relationships and career, Jane must navigate the challenges of age, injury, and Xavier's schemes to secure her place in the tour.
