The City of Violence

Tae-su, a cop from Seoul, returns to his home town after finding out an old friend of his has been murdered. His reencounter with the rest of the gang he shared his adolescence with and the city’s problematic restructuring awaken his gumshoe instinct. Something smells rotten and Tae-su has to discover what it is in his usual way: by fighting.
