Over 70,000 dead or missing is the balance of the internal armed conflict in Peru that has been going on for over two decades. A corrupt political class, Armed Forces that go unpunished and bloody guerrillas make up the framework in which this documentary takes place. It gives a voice, above all, to the victims of this barbarity. The narration follows the trail of suffering which is left after a display of the struggle of powers.
