Following the triumph of the revolution in 1959, many families left Cuba in an attempt to preserve their wealth and privilege. This dark comedy tells the story of one of these bourgeois families of aristocratic origin, which decided to remain in Cuba, isolating themselves and their servants within the walls of their mansion. This Cuban classic was never released commercially in the United States.
