Tout est pardonné (All Is Forgiven) (2007) follows the story of Victor, Annette, and their daughter Pamela as they prepare to leave Vienna for Paris, marking a significant change in their lives. Annette attributes Victor's erratic behavior and energy depletion to the city of Vienna, rather than acknowledging his irresponsible actions, driven by her deep love for him. Despite Victor's frequent absences, Annette holds onto the hope that he will eventually commit to their family life. However, their move to Paris exacerbates the situation as Victor becomes infatuated with a young drug addict, seeking an artificial paradise with her. Eleven years later, Pamela, now 17, seeks to reconnect with her father to understand the man he has become.
