Vito Polara is a young Neapolitan with very few scruples. His ambition is to make a fortune in whatever way possible. For some time, he has been selling cigarettes on the black market; however, after seeing the changes in the fruit and vegetable products market in Naples, he decides to become a member of the Camorra organisation which controls it. He takes advantage of this position, making large profits.
