The Apprentice (S) (2010) follows the story of Lina, a young woman eager to begin her nursing studies, who must first complete a two-day apprenticeship at a Swiss hospital. Accompanying the seasoned nurse Natalie, Lina is unaware of the chaotic events about to unfold. Werner, the hospital cook, harbors romantic feelings for Natalie and devises a plan to woo her by posing as a wealthy patient. Meanwhile, Marco, the assistant cook, develops feelings for Lina and decides to impersonate an assistant doctor to win her affection. As these deceptions intertwine, the hospital becomes a whirlwind of confusion and comedy.
