Without a Stitch (1968) follows the journey of a high school student who confides in her physician about her struggles to achieve sexual satisfaction. The doctor advises her to document her intimate experiences in a diary. As she begins to chronicle her encounters, she becomes entangled in a whirlwind of sexual adventures. Her escapades include participating in the production of an explicit adult film in Sweden, a thrilling yet dangerous encounter with a German sadist, and a lesbian experience.
