Penguins (2019) follows the journey of a young Adélie penguin named Steve as he navigates the challenges of adulthood in the harsh Antarctic landscape. During the icy spring, Steve, along with countless other male penguins, embarks on a mission to construct an ideal nest, find a mate, and establish a family. His journey is fraught with obstacles, including predatory threats from killer whales and leopard seals, which constantly jeopardize his quest for a happy ending. This heartwarming tale of resilience and determination is brought to life by the same filmmaking team behind "Bears" and "Chimpanzee," and it premieres in theaters across the nation in celebration of Earth Day 2019.
