Osiris and Jarocho

Julio was the favorite amongst the many sons of El Jarocho, until he chose to begin cross-dressing in his late teens, eventually transforming him/herself into Osiris. A documentary on Mexican machismo and the resilient, intricate ties between fathers and sons, even when the estranged pair happen to be a transvestite hair-dresser and her manly bus-driving father.
