Dark in the White Light

A monk seeks detachment from the mortal world, away from the influence of the devil. An organ dealer tries to make a quick buck out of another person's misfortune. A young woman sells her parts for the love of her husband. A man shifts between doctor and demon/devil, satisfying desires and playing with lives. Their stories intersect at different points during the narrative.
