Secret Love (2010) follows the story of Yeon-i, whose life takes an unexpected turn when her husband, Jin-wu, suffers a severe accident and falls into a coma just two months after their wedding. The plot thickens when Jin-wu's identical twin brother, Jin-ho, returns to Korea, leaving Yeon-i astonished by his uncanny resemblance to her husband. As the two grow closer, Yeon-i finds herself drawn to Jin-ho, but her world is further complicated when Jin-wu miraculously recovers from his coma, forcing her to navigate the complex emotions and loyalties that arise between the two brothers.
