With the help of their friends, the boys team up with Perry on an adventure through a parallel universe where they must ultimately thwart the disastrous plans of an parallel version of Dr. Doofenshmirtz, who unlike his counterpart, is a truly evil genius with no goofy side . It is possible that the Original Doofenshmirtz will appear in the film as a comic relief character.
