Happiness Charge PreCure! (TV Series) (2014) follows the story of Hime Shirayuki, a princess from the Blue Sky Kingdom, which has been overrun by the malevolent Phantom Empire led by Queen Mirage. The Phantom Empire, with its army of Choiarks and formidable Saiarks, poses a global threat, prompting the deployment of Pretty Cures worldwide to combat this menace. Hime, who initially struggles with fear, is bestowed with a Crystal of Love by the Spirit of Earth, Blue. She is tasked with finding a partner to join her in the fight. Hime travels to the city of Pikarigaoka and, in a whimsical manner, throws the crystal into the air, deciding to team up with whomever it lands upon.
