The Movie Critic

"The Movie Critic" is potentially the last film to be directed by Quentin Tarantino, who has stated on a multitude of occasions that he only wants to direct ten films (he counts 'Kill Bill' as one). The film is inspired by an actual movie critic who wrote for a California porn magazine during the 1970s. In April 2024 it was revealed in the press that Tarantino would be thinking of abandoning the project so that it would not be his tenth and "last film". This already happened in the past with "The Hateful Eight" after the leak of his script, so for the moment the file is kept in FA in case he changes his mind and ends up filming it after having already written it.
