This prompts her to leave her hometown and try to start a new life in Madrid, where nothing will be easy. Manuel, scorned, will harass her relentlessly to cause a turnaround that will change her life completely. The young woman will end up with a scarred face while Gonzalo (Cristóbal Suárez), a young man who has fallen in love with Luna, will end up in a coma. To pay for the treatment Gonzalo needs, Luna will have no choice but to enter the world of luxury prostitution.
