Hollywood Man (1976) follows the story of Rafe Stoker, a renowned action film star who has invested $130,000 of his own funds into his latest production. However, he struggles to secure legitimate financing to complete the film. His mob-connected investor imposes a hefty collateral demand and insists on a commercially viable film within just four weeks. To ensure the collection of Stoker's collateral, the investor hires a group of psychotic bikers to disrupt the production. Rafe faces additional challenges from a grumpy local police officer and adverse weather conditions. To make matters worse, Crazy Harvey, a rival, decides to eliminate Rafe after being humiliated by him repeatedly.
