Young and Dangerous (1957) follows the story of Tommy Price, portrayed by Mark Damon, who heads a group of young troublemakers captivated by excitement, fast cars, and romance. His companions wager that he cannot win over 17-year-old Rosemary Clinton, played by Lili Gentle. Their initial encounter goes awry, leading Rosemary's parents, Dabbs Greer and Ann Doran, to prohibit any further contact. Despite the obstacles, Tommy and Rosemary continue to meet, and their relationship undergoes a profound transformation. Tommy's newfound feelings for Rosemary inspire him to reconsider his future, leading him to aspire for college and a better life, much to the delight of his own parents.
